CCN firmly believes that the primary root cause of the Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria, as well as in all the Lake Chad Basin countries grappling with various forms of insurgency and terrorism, lies in the pervasive issue of bad governance.
This bad governance is marked by a troubling lack of accountability and inefficiency among political leaders.
Our mission at CCN is to advocate for and promote the fundamental principles of good governance in the North-East region. Additionally, we are committed to ensuring that political leaders are held accountable for their actions and decisions, in order to foster positive and sustainable change in the region.
